35 வெளிநாட்டுப் பைலட்டுகளை நீக்கிய ஜெட்!
ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை, நவம்பர் 9, 2008 இலவச நியூஸ் லெட்டர் பெற

மும்பை: தனது நிறுவனத்தைச் சேர்ந்த 35 பைலட்டுகளை நீக்கியுள்ளது ஜெட் ஏர்வேஸ் நிறுவனம்.

இவர்கள் அனைவரும் ஜெட் ஏர்வேஸின் போயிங் - 737 விமானத்தை இயக்கி வந்த வெளிநாட்டுப் பைலட்டுகள் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

விமானங்களில் பயணம் செய்வோர் எண்ணிக்கை குறைந்ததாலும், விமான எரிபொருள் விலை கடுமையாக உயர்ந்துவிட்டதாலும் தனியார் விமான நிறுவனங்கள் தள்ளாட்டத்தில் உள்ளன. செலவைக் குறைக்க ஊழியர் குறைப்பு உள்பட பல சிக்கன நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொண்டுள்ளன.

புதிய விமான நிலையக் கொள்கைப்படி, இனி தனியார் விமான நிறுவன ஊழியர்களை நிலையத்துக்குள் அனுமதிப்பதில்லை என முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதனால் 8000 பணியாளர்கள் வேலை இழக்கிறார்கள். இன்னொரு பக்கம் கிங்பிஷர் நிறுவனம் தனது பணியாளர்களுக்கு 90 சதவிகிதம் வரை சம்பளக் குறைப்பை அறிவித்து ஷாக் கொடுத்துள்ளது.

இந்நிலையில் ஜெட் நிறுவனம் தனது 35 அனுபவமிக்க வெளிநாட்டுப் பைலட்டுகளை நீக்கியுள்ளது. இவர்களுக்கு மாதம் தலா ரூ.10 லட்சம் வரை சம்பளம் தரப்பட்டு வந்தது. ஐந்து நட்சத்திர ஓட்டலுக்கு இணையான தங்குமிட வசதி செய்து தரப்பட்டு வந்தது.

It is a welcoming decision.
Air port and Air service is also like a Lorry service.
There is no much difference in this, but it is focused in a very big way. People are afraid of air port,air port staff, air port administrstion,entering in to air craft and so on.. There is nothing in it.
More over they are paying very high salary which is a criminal waste!
For example, Lorry drivers are driving in a more risky manner, They have to concentrate on road more than a Pilots.
But we are not respecting them rather seeing them as a second grade persons.
Air craft and their staffs are acting too much like an Angles! which is not at all needed.
No one is going to stop their trip in any air lines irrespective of their staffs glammer! Passengers will travel in any air craft even if they don't have any staff inside the air bus. So paying too much salary is once again waste, rather they can reduce the fare and give the benefits to the customers.
Iam so sorry for my comments if it wounds any one especially the air line staffs.
I have projected my views to compare with the unemployed and other transporters angles.
